How AIVI's text-message opt-in works

AIVI LLC · last updated 17 August 2026

AIVI sends one kind of text message: a one-time sign-in code to the business owner who holds an AIVI account. This page shows exactly how an owner asks for that message, and exactly what they read before they ask.

What happens, in order

  1. A business owner opens AIVI's sign-in screen.
  2. They type their own mobile number into the field. AIVI never obtains a number any other way: there is no purchased list, no third-party source, and no keyword to text.
  3. They tick the consent box. It is not ticked for them, and nothing is sent until they tick it.
  4. They tap Text me a code. That tap is the request and the consent.
  5. One message is sent, to that number, in direct response. No second message follows, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

We text a code to your own mobile. There is no password to remember, and no password to lose.

Reproduced from AIVI's sign-in screen. The consent sentence above is the same sentence the application displays.

The message that arrives

A single text, from AIVI's platform number:

“123456 is your AIVI sign-in code. It works once and expires in 10 minutes. We will never ask you for it. Reply STOP to opt out.”

The second message program: Dana's notes to a business owner

AIVI's other messages come from a different number and are a different thing entirely, which is why they are registered separately. When a business owner hires Dana, they give a number where she can reach them — their own, separate from sign-in — and tick a second consent box beside that field before she can be hired at all.

What she sends there, in full: one short note each morning about that owner's own business, a summary after a call she took for them, and a heads-up when she is putting a caller through. Nothing else. No marketing, no campaigns, no offers, and she never messages a business's own customers on her own initiative.

Frequency: one morning note per day, plus one message per call she handles — so the volume follows that business's own telephone and nothing else. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Tell her where she works

This is where she calls when something needs you. It can be the same as your sign-in number, or a different one.

Reproduced from AIVI's hiring screen. As above, the controls are disabled and submit nothing. The consent sentence is the same sentence the application displays, and Dana cannot be hired without it.

Frequency, cost, and how to stop — sign-in codes

Frequency: one message per sign-in request. There are no recurring messages and AIVI sends no marketing messages of any kind.

Cost: AIVI does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop: reply STOP. For help: reply HELP, or write to hello@aivi.work.
